e9999 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "e9999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the e9999 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities operating under the international gaming license.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the e9999 platform.
• "Platform" — refers to the e9999 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated tools or services accessible at e9999.biz.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Member on the Platform, including the associated PKR wallet and transaction history.
• "Real Money Play" — refers to any betting, wagering, or gaming activity conducted using deposited or credited funds held in a Member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, deposit match bonuses, or cashback awards issued to a Member by e9999.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required before a Member may conduct Real Money Play or request withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any territory in which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

By registering an account on e9999, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and e9999 with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. No verbal or informal communication from any e9999 employee or representative shall override or modify the provisions of this document.

e9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via registered email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an active account on e9999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. e9999 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards and our international gaming license obligations.
• You must be a natural person and not registering on behalf of any corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or affiliate of e9999 or any of its business partners, game providers, or associated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through e9999 tools or imposed by any recognised gambling regulatory body.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including a valid CNIC number, legal full name, date of birth, and current contact details.

Registration of an account constitutes your declaration that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. e9999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

Each Member is permitted to hold one account only on the e9999 Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared IP address, or linked financial instrument — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. e9999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify e9999 immediately via the support contact if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You must update your registered details promptly if they change, particularly your contact email and mobile number, as these are used for account security and withdrawal notifications.

e9999 reserves the right to suspend an account pending identity verification at any time. During a suspension, no withdrawals will be processed. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of a KYC request may be closed at e9999's discretion, with deposits returned to the originating payment method.

e9999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or USDT as applicable. e9999 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, third-party provider fees may apply.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. All withdrawals must be directed to a verified payment method registered in the Member's name.

• Deposits are credited to the Member's account in real time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within one banking business day for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified members are processed within 3–10 minutes on average for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days.
• e9999 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with our AML obligations.
• Chargebacks, reversed transactions, or fraudulent payment claims will result in immediate account suspension and a full investigation. Any outstanding balance may be withheld pending resolution.
• Funds in a Member's e9999 PKR wallet do not accrue interest. Dormant accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly administration fee of PKR 200 after a prior notice period of 30 days.

e9999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements as stated at the point of offer. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real money funds. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless the Member opts into a bonus that specifies otherwise.
• e9999 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of acceptance.
• Members who are found to be exploiting bonuses through prohibited strategies — including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk hedging strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements — may have their bonus cancelled and any associated winnings voided.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be combined with third-party promotions or offers made on behalf of e9999 by unauthorised parties.

All bets and wagers placed on e9999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. General rules applicable across all products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. e9999 will not accept requests to cancel a confirmed bet except where permitted under specific event rules (e.g., match abandonment, void market conditions).
• e9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was set incorrectly due to a system or human error, including obvious price errors.
• In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted session, or technical failure, the affected round will be treated as void and stakes returned to the Member's account.
• Maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per game session apply and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. e9999 reserves the right to adjust individual Member limits at its discretion.
• For cricket and other sports markets, results are determined by official governing body results (e.g., PCB for domestic matches, ICC for international fixtures). e9999's decision on disputed results is final pending the completion of any applicable regulatory review process.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at e9999's discretion, particularly during periods of significant market movement or in the event of a live broadcast delay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another individual in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors, software glitches, or system vulnerabilities. Members who discover such errors are required to report them to e9999 support immediately and must not benefit from them.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering activities through the Platform, including structured deposits, rapid cycling of funds, or use of third-party payment instruments.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling or sports betting.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e9999 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

e9999 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling across all aspects of the Platform. We provide the following tools to all Members, accessible directly from account settings without requiring a support interaction:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders — configure alerts after set intervals of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or semi-permanently close your account from all gambling activity. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check — periodic on-screen notifications during gaming sessions showing time elapsed and net session result.

Members who have opted for self-exclusion must not attempt to re-register during the exclusion period. e9999 will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, but Members bear responsibility for not circumventing these controls. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek help from an independent support organisation.

All content on the e9999 Platform — including but not limited to the e9999 name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of e9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically collecting data from the Platform through automated means.
• Using the e9999 name, logo, or brand assets in any commercial context without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of e9999 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@e9999.biz.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, e9999 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even if e9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime, provided that e9999 uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
• The accuracy of third-party odds, statistics, or information displayed on the Platform, where such information originates from external data providers.

e9999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your e9999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by e9999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, e9999 collects personal data — including CNIC details, contact information, financial data, and gaming activity records — for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in accordance with KYC obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Complying with anti-money-laundering, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Operating responsible gaming tools including self-exclusion and deposit limit enforcement.
• Providing personalised customer support and relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

e9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for reasons including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to our gaming license conditions, changes to the Platform's products or services, or to better reflect our operational practices.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations — e9999 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via registered email or a prominent notice posted on the Platform. Non-material corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifying language that does not change intent) may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure, at which point any verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Either party may terminate the Member's account and these Terms at any time:

• Member-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting e9999 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements or compliance reviews.
• e9999-initiated closure: e9999 may suspend or permanently close your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or our regulator.

Upon e9999-initiated closure due to a breach, any balance associated with the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct, e9999 reserves the right to retain funds indefinitely pending regulatory or law enforcement resolution and to report the matter to relevant authorities.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Prohibited Conduct — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under e9999's international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Step 1 — Internal Resolution: Contact e9999 customer support with a clear description of your complaint. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 5–7 business days.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, submit a formal written complaint to support@e9999.biz. e9999 will provide a written response within 14 business days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under our gaming license. e9999 will fully cooperate with any regulatory investigation.

Both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to formal regulatory or legal proceedings. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
